•Welcome to SALT Wellness Studio• I’m Lauren Townsend & I’m so happy to have you here! With a background in Anthropology and Psychology from the College of Charleston, and clinical experience as a CNA in hospital and home health settings in Asheville, NC, I’ve spent over a decade dedicated to supporting healing in both body and mind. I completed my degree in Clinical Neuromuscular Massage and Bodywork Therapy at Southeastern Institute in 2018. I am a nationally certified, licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Somatic + Medical Massage Therapist. My work centers on reawakening the mind-body connection and sharing the knowledge I’ve gathered over the years—especially in areas like nervous system regulation, anxiety, mental health, and grief support. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and empowered in their healing journey. Outside of work, I find joy and grounding through yoga and art, both of which inspire and inform my practice. Cancellation Policy

Please notify SALT Wellness Studio of any cancellations/rescheduling needs prior to scheduled appointment or client will be subject to a 100% no-show cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Please text or call 803 416 7972 and leave a message as I may be with a client but will get back to you as soon as possible. I understand life happens! You may cancel/re-schedule anytime before 48 hours of appointment with no penalties. Your health always comes first. If you’re unwell or in the event of an emergency, cancellation fees may not apply, even if the cancellation is outside the normal time frame. This policy allows for the highest quality experience to be provided and also helps keeps my small, local business doors open!
